I’m a seasoned engineering leader with over 15 years of experience delivering scalable, enterprise-grade digital solutions. I specialize in Drupal architecture, platform integrations, and building CMS ecosystems that balance performance, flexibility, and maintainability. My work spans Fortune 5 brands and mission-driven organizations, where I’ve led cross-functional teams, shaped digital strategy, and executed web initiatives that actually move the needle.

My leadership style is rooted in transparency, empathy, and accountability. I create environments where developers feel ownership, teams stay aligned, and outcomes exceed expectations. I thrive at the intersection of code, people, and process, whether I’m debugging production issues, mentoring a junior engineer, or translating complex requirements into actionable platform roadmaps.

Outside of work, I’m a proud husband and dad to a sports-obsessed 9-year-old. I coach youth basketball, football, and baseball year-round (I retired from soccer because, honestly, the kids are already better than me). Coaching keeps me sharp, it reinforces clear communication, adaptability, and a “process over results” mindset. It’s not unlike leading a dev team… just with more snacks.

When I’m not coding or coaching, you’ll probably find me quoting movie lines no one remembers, catching stand-up comedy sets, or rooting for the Super Bowl Champion Philadelphia Eagles, NBA Champion Boston Celtics, and the “keep me humble” Boston Red Sox.
